1. What is Sugar?

Sugar is an ingredient which is consumed by everyone some people’s Eat it in Limits and some People’s Consume it in out of limits and many people don’t know that whether there is a limit or not

We got sugar in Tea, Coffee, and Sweets etc. In almost everything we eat, drink Contains sugar.

2. Types of sugar

  • Artificial Sugar:- Our Body cannot Metabolize Artificial Sugar Easily
  • Natural Sugar: – We can find natural Sugar in Fruits Etc. which a Human body can metabolize easily.

Whenever you consume food which contains sugar in it whether being processed or consumed in any form it directly enters into the integral part of the body having its impact over the blood vessels.
After consumption of sugar in any form if human.body isn’t subject to any form of exercise or any other activity it may result in formation of fat in body .
Being active after consumption for few moments won’t cause any problems to body of individual.

  1. Sugar Acts as a Drug?

If you put Sugar or any other drug into your body your mind will react the same. When you consume Sugar and start taking on a daily basis your mind will force to take it, again and again, your body will demand it just like Drug (which is not healthy for our body). When the consumption of sugar start increasing you doesn’t know but the capacity of sugar intake is increasing day by day and you feed that amount of sugar into your body.

  1. Problems when you overdose the amount of Sugar in your body:-

  • Type 2 Diabetes:- Type 2 diabetes is a lifelong disease that prevents your body from using insulin the right way.
  • Insulin resistance:-is when cells in your muscles, body fat and liver start resisting or ignoring the signal that the hormone insulin is trying to send out—which is to grab glucose out of the bloodstream and put it into our cells. Glucose, also known as blood sugar, is the body’s main source of fuel.

(NOTE:- Insulin:– The hormone insulin helps control the amount of sugar (glucose) in the blood.)

  • Blood Pressure
  • Cholesterol

  1. How much amount of Sugar intake is safe?

Men: – 150 to 170 Calories

Women: – 90 to 100 Calories

Men can consume 150 calories now Question Arises how should I calculate the calories?

I have done it for you. Divide 150 Calories by 4 Because 1gram of sugar = 4 Calories you’ll get it around 37 Gram Men can consume 37 Gram of sugar in a day & Women can consume 25 gram of sugar it is a safe amount you won’t face any Health problem.

  1. Foods which contains sugar

  • Soft Drinks
  • Packed Juice
  • Chocolates
  • Cakes Etc.

You should completely avoid sugar whether if you work out or not if you are men or women one should avoid these foods completely. BecauseBody Need good Nutrients.

  1. Sugar in Fruits

Fruits contain natural sugar it is very good for your Body because it Metabolize easily and fruit dosen’t only contains sugar but also contain lots of Micronutrients Vitamins, Fibre, Minerals, Enzymes you get what your body demands compare to processed food & packed food (Artificial)

If you work out and consumed 50 grams or 60 Grams sugar it’s totally fine because when you workout your body Burns sugar in first 20 to 30 Minutes and the blood sugar which is high in your body just before the Workout you burn that sugar in the form of energy and it totally depends on how much time you’re training + which type of training you’re doing, your volume,your intensity but in the end you still burn a lot of sugar.

If you’re not fit you will face problem’s like diabetes or insulin it’s just because of the sugar you’re consuming excessively. so try to avoid the sugar or take it in amount so that it can be burned easily.
